TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL)-- Local Police have been finding notes on their cruisers thanking them for their service to the community.
Leon County Sheriff's Office has posted on social media accounts with pictures of notes sharing words of encouragement for the officers.
The notes come just days after the killing of five police officers in Dallas and offer phrases like, "Stay vigilant," and "you are appreciated."
LCSO gave it's own thank you for these notes on their twitter saying they love Leon County and America and posted the affectionate hashtag "United Leon."
