TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL)-- Leon County is now accepting nominations to recognize residence for extraordinary community service.
The County is holding its 4th annual the Glenn J. Winuk Humanitarian Service Award to honor acts of sacrificial service.
The award is based off of the acts of Glenn J Winuk's in his life and death at the world trade center on September 11, 2001.
This year's winner will receive a 1,000 dollar award from Holland and Knight. This money is to be given to the charity of the recipients choosing.
