TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- The Leon County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on Tuesday accused of carjacking a person delivering food.

The Sheriff's Office said 26-year-old Donte Hamm pulled a gun on the victim when the food-delivery driver pulled into a driveway on Sloe Drive. Hamm then reportedly patted down the driver and took cash, some jewelry, and then took the car.

Deputies said they found the car a short time later which was missing a pair of Air Jordan shoes.

The Sheriff's Office said they were able to catch Hamm after he attempted to return the stolen shoes to Foot Locker. The store owner reportedly contacted the victim who then called deputies.

Hamm, who deputies said had some of the victim's jewelry on him, was arrested along with a 15-year-old. Hamm faces charges of armed robbery, carjacking, dealing in stolen property, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The 15-year-old was charged with dealing in stolen property.
