LEON CO., Fla. (WTXL) -- This week marks the start of the Grow Healthy, Eat Healthy workshops in Leon County.
It's all about nutritious meals "from seed to fork."
Experts will be on hand with a healthy cooking demonstration., plus you can check out seeds from the library, get tips on growing your vegetables and take home some recipe cards.
Four workshops are planned at Leon County libraries:
Thursday, May 7, 6 p.m.: Leon County Dr. B.L. Perry Jr. Branch Library (2817 S. Adams St.)
Thursday, May 12 , 6 p.m.: Leon County Eastside Branch Library (1583 Pedrick Rd.)
Thursday, May 14, 6 p.m.: Leon County Woodville Branch Library (8000 Old Woodville Rd.)
Thursday, May 28, 6 p.m.:Leon County Collins Main Library (200 W. Park Ave.)
