TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Board of County Commissioners adopts the 2014/2015 fiscal year budget.
The budget is $228,455,029, a 2.7 percent increase from last year's budget.
Commissioners were able to balance the county's budget without raising the millage rate.
Since last year, property values have grown 4.1 percent, and for the first time in 7 years, Leon County increased their budget.
