TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--A man and his son are arrested for a burglary on Bowfin Drive.
Witnesses saw two suspects running from the back of the home as deputies arrived on the scene Monday.
Deputies say the front door of the home was kicked open, and a red Nissan was in the driveway.
Deputies found a television, gaming consoles and a laptop computer near the front door.
They say they captured the suspects, Jeffrey Phillips Sr. and his son Jeffrey Phillips Jr., who were walking around in the area. The red car belonged to Phillips Sr.
Both men are charged with burglary and grand theft. The son is also charged with violation of probation.
