LCSO: Student charged with battery after pepper spraying teacher

LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Leon County student has been suspended after pepper spraying a teacher in the face.

According to Leon County Sheriff's Office, the Lincoln High School student has been issued a notice to appear on charges of Battery.

The Leon County School board will vote on whether or not the student will be expelled.

The teacher is okay and was treated on scene.
