TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man wanted for assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

Bradley March, 25, is wanted for child cruelty and failure to appear on criminal mischief charges.

According to court documents, March assaulted a child at a home in the 16000 block of Blountstown Highway. During the incident, he is accused of slapping a 12-year-old girl, shoving her down, and forcefully pulling the child by the wrists.

Investigators responded to the scene on Jan. 16, but March had already fled the area through the back door.

Based on the physical injuries on the child, deputies found probable cause to charge March with child abuse.

Deputies say March is a white male who stands at approximately 5-foot-9 inches tall.

Anyone with information on March's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS (8477), or text 'BBCS' plus your tip to 274637 (CRIMES).
