TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Leon County Schools wants to encourage the public to donate to the 2017 school supply drive titled Stuff the Bus starting now through September 1.
Help Stuff the Bus with new school supplies on Saturday, August 5 at Walmart on Manhan Dr. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The supply drive will help kids in the community be prepared for the school year. LCS ask the community to donate new school supplies to be used by students that are most in need.
Items that can be donated include backpacks, composition books, erasers, highlighters, pencil boxes, glue sticks, rulers, two and inch ring binders.
People can also make monetary donations to the Foundation for Leon County School.
You can also drop off supplies at the Bloxham Building, 725 South Calhoun St. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
