TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Lawyers for Clayton Muehlstein were in court Tuesday morning for a case management hearing.

This comes after a judge revoked the 22-year old's bond last month after his involvement in a drunken bar fight at the Tenn Nightclub.

Muehlstein and three other suspects chose not to take the state's plea deal. The other five who accepted the plea deal are currently serving jail time.

WTXL obtained a statement from Muehlstein's attorney:

"Mr. Muelhstein and I continue to review the voluminous discovery in this case and we're working to make sure we will be able to effectively and successfully try this case. We expect to be ready for trial in the fall."

The next hearing is scheduled for August 7th.
