FRANKLIN Co., FL (WTXL) - Authorities say a Franklin County inmate is dead after an "apparent altercation with another inmate."
The Florida Department of Corrections says the Department of Law Enforcement was notified and is investigating the case.
Officials say the incident that resulted in the death of the inmate happened on Monday around 11 a.m.
