BERRIEN CO., GA (WALB) - The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a fatal wreck that happened Friday on Highway 168 and Northsouth Road in Berrien County.
According to Trooper Pritchett from GSP Post 13, a car was going east on Highway 168 and slowed down to turn left on Northsouth Road.
GSP said Weston Eric Hiam, 72, was driving a motorcycle west on Highway 168.
Troopers said Hiam's motorcycle hit the car while it was turning.
Hiam died on the scene. The driver of the car was not hurt.
Troopers said the crash is still under investigation.
