BELL, Fla. (WTXL)-- 1 person is dead and 2 people are in critical condition after a crash in Gilchrist County.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, Michael Fezniak was traveling west on County Road 340 in the westbound lane.
Elisabeth and Sterling Sauls from Bell, FL were traveling east on the same road in the eastbound lane.
It appears the cars collided head on. An investigation for the crash is pending.
Both Elisabeth and Sterling are in UF Health in critical condition.
