TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Lemonade Day is back in Tallahassee for the fourth consecutive year.

The FAMU School of Business and Industry is presenting this year's youth entrepreneurship education program.

The event teaches kids how to make spending decisions, plan their product, and find investors.

Tallahassee is the only city in Florida participating in National Lemonade Day.

"It's important to encourage entrepreneurship education, especially if we can get them young," said Latanya White, the co-director of Lemonade Day Tallahassee. "As they start, who knows what the economy is going to look like by the time they get to working age, but to prepare them for the skills and the abilities to generate their own financial stability is something that is really important to us."

National Lemonade day is June 9. For more information, click here
