MIAMI (AP) — The key witness in the state of Florida's case against a woman accused of killing foster child Rilya Wilson is back in jail.
According to Davidson County jail records, 52-year-old Robin Lunceford was arrested Jan. 12 in Tennessee on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. She was held without bail.
The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/15OzTCY ) reports that an affidavit says Lunceford absconded from her probation. She was released from a Florida prison in 2013 after signing a plea deal that got her life habitual offender sentence reduced to about 10 years.
Lunceford testified that Gerrilyn Graham confessed to killing 4-year-old Rilya while both were jailed together. Graham was convicted of kidnapping and child abuse.
Rilya's disappearance in late 2000 wasn't discovered for 15 months. Her body was never found.
