THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)--A person was arrested for breaking into a car in a hospital parking lot on Friday.
On Friday morning around 2am, a Thomasville Police officer was working a security detail at Archbold Memorial hospital and was approached by a woman who said she saw a suspicious person in the parking lot.
The woman said he was wearing a hoodie and a bandana over his face.
The officer called police units to the area and went to the parking lot where he saw the suspect. Police ran after him and caught him. Police say surveillance video showed the juvenile breaking in to a car.
A security system on the vehicle activated and that's when the suspect made a run for it. He's charged with entering auto, loitering/prowling, obstructing police, and curfew violation.
