COBB COUNTY, Ga.-- Jury selection for a Georgia man accused of intentionally leaving his toddler son in a hot SUV to die is expected to stretch into next week.
Justin Ross Harris is facing murder charges in the death of his 22-month-old son, Cooper.
Prosecutors believe Harris intentionally left his child in a hot car for seven hours in June of 2014.
Detectives say that while cooper was dying in his car seat in his father's SUV, Harris was sending and receiving explicit texts, including nude images.
Three of the recipients of those explicit text messages were underage.
Harris is also charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of children and six counts of dissemination of harmful materials to minors.
