HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (AP) — A judge has ruled that two siblings of a 3-year-old South Florida boy who was found dead inside his home will remain with a relative.

Ahizya Osceola's body was found in an "obscure" place Thursday, hours after he was reporting missing from his Hollywood home. Broward Circuit Judge Hope Tieman Bristol on Monday suspended visitation rights for the boy's father Nelson Osceola and step-mother Analiz Rodezno Osceola until an investigator talks with 5-year-old Cameron Rodezno. The couple has an 8-month-old daughter.

Osceola had custody of his Ahizya. His mother Karen Cypress lives in Hollywood. They are members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Cindi Bruschi of the Attorney General's Office said Rodezno Osceola checked herself into a psychiatric ward on Friday after the children were taken from her home.
