UPDATE: A judge has ruled that the estranged husband of slain model Samira Frasch is incompetent to stand trial.
Two doctors testified that Adam Frasch suffers from Hyper-Mania associated with being bi-polar. Both doctors also said that he will continue to get worse if he is not on medication.
The judge ordered that Frasch start receiving medication to help his condition. Though he was declared incompetent to stand trial, he does not meet the qualification to be transferred to the Florida State Hospital.
Another court date was set for August 14, to see how Frasch is doing on his new medication. The judge said that this case is now in limbo until that time.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- A man considered to be a suspect in his wife's murder is due back in court Thursday afternoon.
Dr. Adam Frasch is scheduled to appear in court Thursday for a motion hearing concern his competency to stand trial. Frasch has undergone three previous psychiatric exams to test whether he is competent to stand trial on custodial interference charges.
Frasch was found February 22, 2014 in Panama City with his two children despite his divorced wife, Samira Frasch, having sole custody. This is on the same day where hours before Samira's body was found by a maintenance man in the family's home swimming pool.
The custodial interference charges filed against Frasch stem from prosecutors saying he violated a custody agreement.
Though he has not been charged, Leon County Sheriff Deputies have named Adam Frasch a suspect in his former wife's murder.
We will have a crew in the courtroom and will have continuing coverage on WTXL.tv and on air on ABC27.
