(WTXL) - Rumors are swirling that former Florida State University football coach Jimbo Fisher will be introduced as the new head coach of Texas A&M University on Monday.

ESPN says Texas A&M officials have approved a 10-year, $75 million dollar contract for Fisher, the richest deal in college football history in terms of total value.

The contract would make him possibly the second highest-paid coach behind only Alabama's Nick Saban.

After Friday's announcement, defensive tackles coach Odell Haggins was named interim head coach and brought the Seminoles a win over the weekend against ULM.
