TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Sources say the Florida State University student code of conduct hearing involving Jameis Winston has been delayed until December 1.
It was originally set for next week.
Winston is accused of a December 2012 sexual assault that allegedly took place in an off-campus apartment.
Retired Florida Supreme Court Justice Major Harding is overseeing the hearing.
If he finds Winston violated the conduct code, he'll determine a punishment for the star quarterback.
