CAIRO, Ga. (WTXL)--A Grady County jailer, who is also works at the Pelham Correctional Facility, is charged with sexual assault and violation of oath of office.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the arrest comes after an allegations from an inmate at the Pelham Correctional Facility.
The incident happened on Wednesday and 51-year-old Dennis Logan was arrested at the Grady County Sheriff's Office that night.
The investigation is continuing.
