TRINITY, Fla. (AP) — A Tampa Bay-area man has been arrested for allegedly ramming his truck into two Pasco County Sheriff's Office patrol cars.
Sheriff's office spokeswoman Melanie Snow says deputies responded late Monday to reports about a truck driving erratically in Trinity.
Snow says deputies pursued 46-year-old Christopher Conti of Holiday for a few miles until he rammed his truck into two patrol cars. Conti then allegedly attempted to ram into two other patrol cars.
No one was injured.
Conti was being held without bail on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, aggravated battery, fleeing and eluding police and driving under the influence. Pasco County jail records did not show whether he had an attorney.
