JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Jackson County man is convicted in a Panama City Court for several counts of child pornography.
Charles Heath Stewart of Grand Ridge, Florida was found guilty yesterday. Prosecutors showed evidence, that on three occasions in 2013, Steward enticed minors to engage in sexual conduct for the purpose of producing visual depiction.
Additional evidence showed that steward possessed child pornographic images. His sentencing is scheduled for November of this year. He faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years for each count of production of child porn, and a $250,000 fine for possession.
