JACKSON Co., FL (WTXL) - A Jackson County man was put behind bars last week after a December shooting at a night club, according to Deputies.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says Curtis James Jackson is facing several charges including aggravated battery, being a felon with a firearm and drug possession.
Deputies say the 51-year old admitted to shooting a man last month at the Dreamland Club.
According to authorities, Jackson and another man got into a fight reportedly because Jackson thought the victim was flirting with his girlfriend.
Shots were fired and the victim suffered a superficial flesh wound, says deputies.
