LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WTXL) - Investigators have been searching for the suspect involved in an armed robbery at Krystal's restaurant.
Around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Lowndes Sheriff's Office responded to a call. When they arrived to the location on 1266 Lakes Boulevard, deputies said they were told that an armed person had entered the business and took money before leaving.
The suspect's face was covered according to deputies.
"This is the second robbery in two weeks in the Lake Park area and we are seeking the public's assistance. Given the location of this business, we are hopeful someone saw something or someone in the area that may provide a lead" said Sheriff Chris Prine.
