SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A body has been found in Suwannee County. Police believe the woman has been there for several days.
The Suwannee County Sheriff's office says that the body was found on Saturday around 3 or 4 p.m.
They said that she is a white woman, though an identity still unknown at this time. She was found on 164th Street along the road in some high weeds.
They say she was found by people trying to move a fallen tree branch out of the way of that was blocking the road.
SCSO says that she had been there for several days.
An investigation is ongoing.
