TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Thursday kicked-off a three day conference comparing the 'Me Too Movement' and female representation in French literature.
The conference will examine how women's voices are used and perceived not only in today's climate, but in history as well. This is all for the 9th 2018 International Women in French Conference hosted by the Winthrop King Institute at Florida State.
A French professor says the 'Me Too Movement' inspired her to go back and examine the female voice throughout history.
The conference is being hosted at the Globe on FSU's campus. It will run from Thursday to Saturday at 8 p.m.
