TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - People around the world will reflect on drug usage and how to stop the trend from continuing to grow for International Overdose Awareness.
WTXL ABC's Jada Williams was live this Friday morning and she was joined by the organizer of an event centering around overdose and drug use prevention.
Meena Alvarado recently started the non-profit Anchor Recovery Foundation to bring more resources for families dealing with drug usage.
Her group's event will be at Lake Ella from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
