TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- A Leon County School Spokesperson is confirming that Leon High School is not on lockdown after the district was made aware of a rumor that a threat was made over social media.
School officials say that the are unable to verify the threat. However, as a precaution, more security has been added to the school.
At this time the school will not comment about the nature of the threat.
