KANSAS CITY, MO (WAFB) - Hostess Brands, LLC announced it has issued a voluntary recall of its Cookies 'n Creme Brownies out of an abundance of caution.
According to the FDA, the packaging lists egg as an ingredient but does not list it in the "Contains" statement, which is used to further alert consumers about allergens in the product. Below are the affected products:

The FDA stated there have been no reports of illness but those who have purchased the recalled products are urged to throw them away or return them to the place where they bought them for a full refund.
It added no other varieties of Hostess Brownies are affected.
