TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -  A homeless Tallahassee man who was sitting at a local McDonald's, drew a beautiful picture for a Tallahassee Police Officer's daughter.

A homeless Tallahassee man named Ricky was at a McDonald's with a backpack full of art supplies.

According to TPD, he knows Phil March, whose story went viral in July, and has watched all of the Tallahassee support for people who are in need.

Ricky drew a picture for TPD Officer Tony Carlson's daughter and the two posed for a picture.

TPD says they don't have all the answers to help people find homes and get jobs, but they do provide a list of local resources to those in need and take the time to talk to those who want to talk with them.
