LIVE OAK, Fla. (WTXL)--A homeless man is accused of brutally stabbing someone in Live Oak.
Deputies say 43-year-old Sean Nicorvo pulled out his pocket knife and slashed open the victim's stomach. This all happened behind the Wendy's on 129 North in Live Oak around 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
Nicorvo then left the scene, but law enforcement officers found him. He gave them the name "Joe."
Deputies say Nicorvo also threatened to kill the victim when he got out of jail.
He's charged with attempted murder and giving a false name to law enforcement.
