TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- A local group is bringing the community together for basketball, business and giving back.
The Tournament Sports Foundation is hosting a basketball tournament, complete with live music and free food.
There's also a mini-job fair for those taking part, and 10 teams will come together to compete for $4,000.
Organizers say, "This event during MLK Weekend will provide a great way for organizations and businesses to participate in the National Day of Service and still be a part of the festivities while still giving back to the community."
Their goal is to connects athletes with community resources, and help them develop professional skills.
The Give Them the Rock Tour 2016 is Saturday, January 16 from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the FAMU Gaither Gym (500 Wahnish Way).
