TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Troopers are investigating a hit and run crash at the Flying J gas station in Midway.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that a semi-tractor trailer was pulling off the road after being parked at the Flying J truck stop.
Another car was also parked in the same area and troopers say the driver was sleeping inside.
While pulling off, the semi hit the car and then drove way from the crash through the parking lot.
FHP says that the person inside the car wasn't able to get any information on the fleeing semi other than the fact that it was a red Peterbuilt truck car and an auto transport trailer.
Witnesses are encouraged to call *FHP if they have any information on the hit and run driver or vehicle.
