TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Quadruple murder suspect Henry Segura did not appear in court on Tuesday morning.
His next date is set for March 6.
No new trial date has been set.
Segura could face the death penalty if found guilty for the 2010 murders of his ex-girlfriend, her twin 6-year old daughters and a son they shared together.
A jury could not reach a verdict last August.
