Hazing defendant pleads no contest in Robert Champion case

(WTXL)-- Lasherry Codner pleaded no contest to third degree felony hazing this morning in the Robert Champion case.

Hearings for the last 10 of the total 15 defendants started today.

The second-degree manslaughter charge against her was dropped. She was sentenced to four years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

She must also complete an anti-hazing course. Several others had hearings scheduled for this afternoon.
