32 Haiti Migrants Come Ashore Near Juno Beach

JUNO BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Officials say a group of migrants have come ashore near Juno Beach.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Nestor Yglesias says the migrants are from Haiti. They were detained after coming ashore south of Jupiter Inlet Monday morning.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office marine units found the boat off the coast of Juno Beach. The sheriff's office tweeted that the 32 migrants included 13 men, 9 women and 10 children, including an infant.
