Guests Evacuated After Reports of Smoke at Orlando Hotel

ORLANDO, FL. (AP) — Fire officials say an extended stay hotel near Orlando has been evacuated after reports of smoke on the third floor.

The Orlando Sentinel (http://bit.ly/18jFS4u ) reports a pot on a stove caused the smoke to fill the third floor of the Extended Stay Hotel in South Orange County early Monday.

Firefighters asked all guests to leave while they checked the source of the smoke.

Officials say one person was treated and released by paramedics at the scene.
