TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – A local brewery is helping victims of the California wildfires with beer.

It started with Sierra Nevada they created a Resilience Beaut County Proud IPA. It was brewed on Giving Tuesday and 100 percent of sales went to the Camp Fire Relief Fund.

And they asked every brewery in America to do the same.

Grasslands Brewery in Tallahassee decided to join them.

"Its so unique and so innovative to coordinate this effort nation wide to have within a week have over 1000 breweries participating we just feel humble to be apart of it," said Gabe Grass, the president of Grasslands Brewing Company.

The beer will cost five dollars and it'll be about 6 percent alcohol. Grasslands expects the beer to be ready in mid-December.
