MARIANNA, Fla. (WTXL) - Jackson County Sheriff's Department deputies say they initially arrested a Grand Ridge, Florida, woman on Reddoch road near Grand Ridge for driving with a suspended license.
But as they ran a background check Tuesday, a deputy says he saw Judy Mcclellan, 46, toss a clear plastic bag out of the window. They later determined it was meth.
McClellan is facing three charges: possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and driving while license suspended.
She was taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.
