TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A grand jury will be considering the dispatch problems in Leon County after State Attorney Willie Meggs says that he will ask a grand jury to examine problems with the Consolidated Dispatch Agency.

Meggs is asking a Leon County grand jury to look at the dispatch problems after the way it was handled in several recent cases, including the shooting at FSU's Strozier Library and the fatal shooting of a Leon County deputy.

Meggs says that there needs to be changes: "I want officers to be safer out there and they aren't right now."
