TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Leon County grand jury will meet Dec. 18 and 19 to examine the death of an FSU pledge.
The jury will meet to examine the death of 20-year-old FSU student Andrew Coffey.
Officials say there will be multiple people subpoenaed to appear before the jury. The meetings will not be open to the public.
All of FSU's Greek life fraternities and sororities were suspended after Coffey died at an off campus party on Buena Vista Drive back in November. While police believe alcohol may have been a factor, no cause of death has been determined.
The coroner's office did confirm the autopsy is completed in full but is not being released.
Autopsy results are not released if there are pending charges related to the nature of death.
