TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Grand Jury has made decisions on three Leon County shootings.
Tallahassee Police Officer Zackari Jones was cleared in the Lake Ella shooting of 64-year-old Garland Lee Wingo I on March 18.
After hearing the testimony from another Officer and a witness, the Grand Jury found that Jones was following police protocol.
In another case, Kenya Williams was indicted on murder in the first degree for a shooting death on Monroe Street in March.
Selvin Shaw was also indicted on murder in the first degree after the December Marathon gas station shooting.
