TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Three pregnant women in Florida have tested positive for the Zika virus, according to Governor Rick Scott.
Scott is now calling on the CDC to send 250 more Zika antibody tests to the state in response.
The tests allow individuals, especially pregnant women and new mothers, to see if they ever had the Zika virus.
There are currently 1,195 of these tests available in the state.
There are 32 confirmed cases of Zika in Florida, all of which are travel related.
Only three cases are currently showing symptoms.
