QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) - A new Goodwill is expected to open around Christmas in Quincy, bringing with it more than 20 jobs.
Goodwill Industries of the Big Bend announced plans today to open a new retail store and career training center.
According to Fred Shelfer, the CEO and President of Goodwill Industries of the Big Bend, the new 10-thousand square foot facility has more retail space than Goodwill's previous location.
"It's there to offer services to people to improve their education and job skills and allow them to go out and do for themselves," said Shelfer.
The new Goodwill facility will be located at 1503 West Jefferson Street in Quincy.
