ATLANTA (AP) - Federal labor officials say construction workers, including a crew helping to build the new Atlanta Falcons stadium, will participate in an event to raise awareness of workplace hazards.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials say Holder Construction Co. will participate in a safety stand down Tuesday morning at the stadium construction site that is expected to involve more than 800 Atlanta construction workers.

Labor officials say the theme of the event is recognizing the dangers of workplace falls and preventing injuries related to on-the-job falls.

Organizers say falls are the leading cause of death among construction workers.
