SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Police in Savannah say they're searching for two men accused of beating and robbing a 71-year-old woman.
Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan police spokesman Julian Miller says the woman was attacked in her garage by two men Friday night. Miller says the two assaulted the woman before stealing her car.
Miller says police found the car more than a mile away and authorities didn't recover the woman's purse.
A detailed description of the suspects wasn't available, and police are asking tipsters to call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020.
