ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia labor officials plan to hold workshops to help job seekers become better prepared to find work.

Georgia Department of Labor employees plan to hold workshops on Feb. 9 and Feb. 19. Job seekers can put their new skills to the test at a job expo to be held later this month.

The workshops will be held from 6-8 p.m. at Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Atlanta. They will focus on resume development, interviewing skills and searching for job opportunities.

The career expo is planned for Feb. 26 at the City of Atlanta's Adamsville Recreation Center. It is co-sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor, the city and the church.
