Baker County, GA - A Baker County man is in jail and is expected to be charged soon with the murder of a neighbor. Baker County deputies say Walter Lee Shilioh could be charged with shooting and killing 42-year-old Charlie Bakey. Deputies say the two men were aruging at a home on Milton Miller Road around 7p.m. Sunday. Shiloh is currently in the Miller County Jail. Deputies say Walter Lee Shiloh shot Bakey when the two were arguing in the lawn between 2 homes on Milton Miller Road. Bakey was taken to Miller County Hospital then air lifted to Tallahassee. That's when died from his injuries. Shiloh was arrested at the scene but has not been formally charged.
